Travel Agents earn a commission of 12% per person (pax).

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• The closing date for collecting payments or commissions is the 30th of every month.
• Payments are processed by an appointed bank, and the timeline depends on the bank’s processing schedule.

• Step 1: Search for a product.
• Step 2: Book the product.
• Step 3: Wait for confirmation. If CONFIRMED: Proceed to payment. A payment link will be sent via email. If UNABLE to Confirm: Restart the process by selecting a different product

If the booking cannot be confirmed, you will need to restart the process by selecting another product.

Once your booking is confirmed, the payment link will be sent to the email address or any other linked platforms and devices you provided during the registration process.

Delays may occur due to the appointed bank’s processing schedule. Please allow some time after the 30th of the month for your payment to be completed. If you experience significant delays, contact us at support@tropixdmc.co.id.

Yes, modifications or cancellations must follow the guidelines provided for each product or service. Be sure to check the terms before submitting a request.

As a Travel Agent, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate details during the booking process.
• Clearly communicating the booking process and payment terms to your clients to avoid any misunderstanding by the time of their arrival and during the services.

To join, complete the administration form and fulfill the necessary requirements. Once approved, you can start searching for products, booking them, and earning commissions.
